- Documents provided during the enrollment or scholarship process, including Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), evaluation reports, proof of residency, birth certificates, and other records required for scholarship applications.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to determine eligibility for educational services and scholarship programs, communicate with families regarding services, and assist with scholarship applications. Additionally, this data helps us provide educational consulting, tutoring, and support services, maintain accurate service records, and respond to your questions and inquiries. We only collect information reasonably necessary to provide our services.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with your consent, when required to complete scholarship or educational program requirements, when required by law, or with trusted service providers who assist in operating our business and are required to protect confidential information.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic communication, internet transmission, or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Information
Our services involve information about students. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing student information to us. We collect student information only for educational, scholarship, enrollment, and service-related purposes.
Submission of Sensitive Documents
Important: Families should not upload or submit sensitive documents through automated chat features, forms, or chatbot systems. Sensitive documents include IEPs, evaluation reports, birth certificates, and Social Security information.
The formal enrollment and scholarship application process begins only after connecting directly with Lisa Cox through approved communication methods. Any documents submitted through automated systems may not be reviewed and may be deleted to protect your privacy.
